I am from china,I resgisterd an app world account,has been approved,I can login now,but no confirmation email was received,is that normal?

On the login page,you can see this message: Once your account credentials have been confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how you can begin submitting products by RIM

If you can login. https://appworld.blackberry.com/isvportal/ thats mean your account is approved.

Try check your inbox that you used to register.
