I've submited my signed app for PlayBook few days ago.

After the submision I realized that in the blackberry-tablet.xml there are a mistake.

I put            <category>games</category>

insted of    <category>core.games</category>

Is this enough for reject the approval?

I've tried to sign the app again but it says that the app is already signed. How can I resign the app again?

It won't be rejected because of that, but they will ask you to resubmit at some point, even if they approve it first.

As for signing again, you cannot sign the same version more than once.  You'll have to make the changes required, bump the version number up, rebuild, and sign the new .bar that you get.
