Re: Bango: Indonesia sales missing

BlackBerry should really get on their A.S.S. about this.  This is not good for developers.

The telco already have their customers money why the heck do we have to wait 3 or even 8 months?

This is a joke.

Latest update from Bango

we may have got it down to 120 days. We are waiting on
updates from them as we speak.

Lol, I feel the ghost of Mobihand around...

Well there is a chance that we may still get paid unlike mobihand.

Re: Bango: Indonesia sales missing

Honestly, anything more than 60 days is still insane...

Re: Bango: Indonesia sales missing

had a mail from Blackberry Commerce last night advising that they have ironed out the issues about the missing payments from November and December 2012, and that this should be paid into my paypal account in the next few days..

Anyone else get the same?

Re: Bango: Indonesia sales missing

However this mail is not related to Bango payments, it is about E-commerce payments, see this topic:

Re: Bango: Indonesia sales missing

While we are on the Bango fee topic I will revive this thread too.

Why it is important? Because so far this issue affected a small bunch of (still alive) BBOS apps vendors, but soon it will affect all of us. Z10 and Q10 are rolling global and soon Q5 will hit the market. And Q5 is designed especially for emerging markets including Indonesia. Indonesia is a huge BB market, so are the app sales. But we won't receive what we have earned (if we are lucky probably after 8 months...) And the worst thing is that you won't even notice the missing sales, because Bango won't tell you until you ask them.
