BlackBerry World: "Error installing application"

I made a simple program called 'Custom Dice'. When I launch it from the BlackBerry NDK onto my Dev Alpha it works just fine. However, when I try to install my application in BlackBerry World, I get this rather vague error message: "Error installing application". Attached is a screenshot of this error. I have absolutely no clue what could be causing this error. Does anyone have any advice how to solve this problem, what I could do to find the cause of this error? Thanks!

Same here. My app is using NFC library if it does matter. http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/66266/?lang=en

If this is an issue in the app build, then RIM should reject the application during review process. So it looks like a BlackBerry World issue.

I can confirm the app now installs just fine. Giving it some time apparently helped
