Blackberry ID password not activated

I tried to reset my password through the reset link, then trying to log in to the appliances world through the new password but keeps on rejecting it. My account had been locked after failed attempt for ten times. Please can u kindly help on how to get the password been sent directly to my mailbox. Thanks

I usually get this error msg. Username or password provided does not correspond to a valid blackberry ID. I used my mail address as the blackberry ID. Kindly help to solve this issue
