I had created my vendor account few months back but I didn't used it then, now I want to access it but whenever I login an error appears saying that the vendor account is disabled.
Please help I want to access my account.

Sorry for interrupting, but I have the same problem. I haven't received an email asking for the proof of identify, but I did contacted vendor support few days ago. Maybe I'm unable to receive emails from BB.
