Broken Playbook received

Hi,

 

I received a broken playbook under the free playbook for the developers programme which i sent back to RIM to be replaced but the second time i got exactly the same damaged playbook . The damaged playbook I shipped back to the blackberry was returned back to me(which actually needed to be replaced).
Moreover, the postal service(USPS) charged me custom dutoes of Rs. 3555. what do i do?

I have called them .

They say they don't have any idea about the program so thay can't do anything in the issue.

Each playbook has a normal warrenty. Does not matter how you obtained your new PB. Enter the serial number on the website that is used to capture your contact information and then contact customer support. My PB had issues and it was replaced within 3 days.
