Hello
I had some BB10 applications prepared during AllAboard port-a-thon, apps were accepted and I have received information about rewards.
Later I have prepared new releases (I improved UI) and I uploaded the new releases. My problem is that I uploaded them last weekend, during Community port-a-thon. As a result, yesterday I have received email with information that I am eligible for money rewards for my 3 applications. But it was only a new release, not a new application! I was not even registered for Community ptt - I had no new apps so I did not register myself.
I think it is unfair, I want to ask RIM to stop my payment process for the Community port-a-thon (for 3 apps).
BTW: I do not know if it is someone's mistake or bug in their system - if it is bug, someone may use it for getting cash just for a new releases.
I do not know RIM's email where I should send this information, so for now I send it here, meybe someone from RIM find it.

I think what is happening is that RIM is stay paying for apps so the money is used even though 15000 app were sent its doesnt mean 15000 will be approved.
i understand how you might see it as not fair but look at it this way the sponser are giving out the money i think based on RIM sugestions.

But it means they pay twice for this same app!

Thank you for reporting this. I have let the program owners know who will look into this.

Thats crazy. hmmm I don't think it'll actually happen. they have a 4-6 week delay before paying out, so there is plenty of time to catch that "new release" and decline it before payments start happening!
