I received a denied response, with an email that requires some clarification.
Do I just reply to that email? Will that get to the same reviewer?
That will go to BlackBerry App World <blackberryappworldnotifications@rim.com>
or do I email BlackBerryAppWorldRequests@rim.com?
Or is there a different, more direct route?

you might need to use the tickets system too, but I'm not sure about that.

One of my apps was just denied, it was denied for using a Facebook icon and for using a Pinterest icon and a link to Pinterest.
Pinterest actually supplies the icon and the link... but but I am told I can't use it by the app approval people.
Even though there are other apps on app world that have those features. I am going to find out why this has happened because it is getting difficult for me to understand the approval system. In fact I don't understand it at all right now.
BTW, it took two weeks and a PM to Samyotte to get them to actually look at the app.
