We are a registered appworld developer as of a month ago, are ready to submit application, have paid the fee, have setup Paypal, and have received Digital River login ID that works.
However I get an "invalid userid or password" trying to log in with my account "john@communiteq.com"
I used the "forgot my password" link. It sent me the email and I got the message that I had successfully reset my password, but I still get the same "invalid user id or password".
Sent email to storefrontmanager and webmaster but got automated responses with a list of blackberry support options (mainly a recommendation to use the forums). So here I am :-)
Can someone from RIM please fix whatever is wrong with my account?
