Hi,
Someone please help, the BlackBerry World app is not showing a contact developer menu item next to my app or is taking so long to display after download it's forced a user to post a bad review as uncontactable even though I have a web site, Facebook company page, twitter account, email address in the vendor details and product details and a support form on my web site.
He/She hasn't attempted to use any of these other avenues just the missing menu item on his Z10 by the looks of it.
Help?
