Digital River Rip-Off!! BB Curve 8520

I tried downloading a paid theme in AppWorld through Digital River, and everytime I entered my CC information, an error message would come up (error code 11440 or 11400 I believe), yet my money was still being taken from my account!!!! I am yet to get the theme downloaded and whenever i select 'buy', it keeps taking funds from my account.

 

Does anyone know a method of resolving this and getting my refund please? Thanks a mil!

Your mobile provider Digicel provides software support for AppWorld and can also initiate a refund.

You need to call them.

Make sure you're using App World 3.0. I can't tell you how many complaints we get per week of people paying for our digital goods and not receiving them.

Just know this...

It's not the developer's fault- it's App World's.
