Has anyone use the dynamic license option in App World with the Playbook?

Specifically, I would like to know if RIM sends the Playbook serial number or PIN when it does the HTTP POST.

I have used dynamic licesning extensively on the smartphone but not with the playbook.

The short answer is yes, you get the device pin. It is basically the same. There is nothing too specific in regards to the PB. You have to manage that information yourself. Peter will likely add to this since he has looked into this in great detail in regards to the PB.

Peter was the one who told me to post this in the first place.

The problem is there is no way to get the PIN via the Android API (AFAIK).

I can get the serial number so if they want to send that in addition to or instead of the PIN I can probably make it work.

Otherwise I dont see how dynamic licensing is going to work on Android. (?)
