replying to customers is the most important parts of our sellings.

we want to be near the curstomers and our customers feels our support and they like it.

how do you license/protect you app without dynamic licensing in RIM ecosystem?

I think on PlayBook you don't have piracy issues as sideloading is a bit difficult, so you can ignore the dynamic licesning to unlock your app.

in any case dynamic licensing isn't only a way to secure the app but it is also a way to get automated and personalized financial reports and to give a better customer service.

As I explained, our server generate various statistics and invoice based on the HTTP posted data stored on our DB.

Distimo is a great tool to look at download and purchases. Much better than App World reports.

we have a personalized web app on our servers that generate our own statistics and financial reports, in addiction we have automated the invoice/financial services we need for taxes, you can't to the same with an external site.

I wrote this code by my own, it tooked me a week to have complex statistics and to generate PDF Invoice and services, it isn't difficult.

Enjoy yourself by doing it by yourself

in any case the problem hasn't been solved, I would like to hear something from RIM in this sense.

Where can I complain and shout against RIM for this?
