Error 30242 - In App Purchase

We have some complaints about Error 30242 - while doing in-app purchase. I tried it myself on our game and some other games like run-in crowd, doodle blast etc. I coudn't manage to make a purchase too!!!

I googled for it, and there are several complaints about this everywhere. Our game is a paid game ("Eggventure") which has in-app purchases in it. We are planning to make it free but this in-app purchase problem is very annoying.

Do you know if there is a solution for this? Everybody says that RIM is not responding to queries about this subject, it it true?
