Re: Free BlackBerry PlayBook Offer ,is it working properly?

"Your app submission has been successfully received by the team at BlackBerry App World, putting you on the road to qualify for the free BlackBerry PlayBook Tablet Offer 2012. The BlackBerry App World team reviews each app based on the Vendor Guidelines and we’ll notify you as soon as we have determined if your app qualifies for the free tablet offer.
When your app is approved, you will receive an additional email notice requesting a shipping address for the BlackBerry PlayBook tablet..."

Re: Free BlackBerry PlayBook Offer ,is it working properly?

I've recieved an email saying that the app is rejected because is not signed (the message in the sdk says that is already signed...). Now I upgraded the app to resign but can't resubbmit on the same "ticket" because diferent id.

This means that I have to create a new app and lost the playbook ofert?

Hi delcasda,

The problem is that my application is rejected because is not signed. I use the eclipse plugin to sign it, and now the app is signed correctly, but because the old bundle submited don't have any signature, i can't "update" to the new signed.

This is the mail I've received:

Dear App World Vendor,

result::failure 881 required signatures missing (RDK, AUTHOR)

Your application is not fully signed. Please see the following links for assistance:
Because the application wasnt signed correctly, you will need to create the application again from the start in the vendor portal.

Re: Free BlackBerry PlayBook Offer ,is it working properly?

even if had to submit as "New App" you wouldn't lose out on the playbook offer as don't expire until March 2nd... It was extended have to register as a Developer by Feb 15th and have to submit app by March 2nd.
