Haven't received Playbook Offer

Hi,

 

It's been three weeks since my app was approved for sale on the App World, and I still have not received any information on the free tablet offer. I have sent emails to the tmgideas email address, but I haven't received a response. I'm not really sure what to do about this now. Looking through the other posts I see that three weeks is quite a long time to not get a response. Any suggestions?

Neither have I

TMG assured I would be sent out something requesting my shipping info. but it was never sent.
I emailed TMG again asking for clarification, but no reply for at least 2 weeks now

any Blackberry reps that can help us out on this issue here?

I'm also in the same situation. Any official notifications would be extemelly helpful.
