Help:What to do if you cannot sign an application

[ Edited ]

I've had many issues with signing packages so I will tell you how to sign packages without getting the Oops! error message:

The problem I had was changing changing the author.p12 to sigtool.p12 and that changed the outcome of the signing tool and ended my frustrations with compiling the app with package and sign.

If you need any more help, reply!
edit: I'm pretty you would be fine if you have updated the SDK,but some people don't update their SDK's so i'm just making sure this was probably a problem only for people like me.

edit 2: I actually found that this can happen to people with the updated SDK too! So this is useful for everyone now.
