Help

my new release is not a draft, but it says new in red instead of waiting on test house, what do i do?

After you added the File Bundle and clicked Save, I think there's a place where you need to say "Submit for Approval" or something like that. Did you do that? I don't recall where it is and probably can't see it without having a new release myself.

I went to details of my request ticket and it says
old value under review, and new value approved
I did not get an email of my app being approved though?

I think I found the problem, in my first release, i saw the notes and it said ticket status changed from new to waiting on test house, my 2nd (current) release says new, but it has not been changed to waiting on test house yet
