You are not able to communicate with reviewers.
This is a common request by developers but despite lots of discussion is still not a feature of the vendor portal.
The only options open to you are to deny the review if you think it is untrue (via vendor portal).
Or if it is concern over support then make sure your support channels are clearly advertised on BBW and within your app.

In app descriptions mention that the only way to get support is (your support email id) that might solve your problem but their is no way to reply in reviews...
