How to respond to customer? (double billed?)

So, customer emails me and tells me he might have been charged twice for an app.

 

How do I find out this info? And if we do not have access to this info, what should I tell the customer to do?

Just tell him to contact

appworldbilling@rim.com

They handle all kind of financial issues like refunds, orders etc.
