If I upload a theme (to BB App World) for the Bold 9700, 5.0 OS. and then add more of the same theme to the same theme for more platforms (for other Blackberry's) like the curve, etc.  Will the extra platforms that I add (of the same theme) be taken off of my 10 vendor credits?

I don't know about themes, but I know that for apps if you have several .COD versions for different devices they do not count against your credits.

From the FAQ:

Multiple versions of the same application will not count as separate submissions (Example: an application might have a version for the BlackBerry Storm smartphone and the BlackBerry Bold smartphone)

According to the FAQ (section 10.d.), releasing multiple versions for different BlackBerry platforms should not count against your 10 submissions.
