Invalid Price

I have an application available for both PlayBook and BB7 devices (Balloon Gunner 3D), and currently I have a user reporting that he gets an error of "Invalid Price" when he tries to purchase it for his Bold 9930. The correct price is displayed before he tries to make the purchase, so what's going on here? Both versions are definitely purchasable (I bought 9900 version myself), so what would make him different? He's is based in the US and I'm based in the UK... could that cause an issue? I'm wondering how many other potential customers are seeing this issue!

I tried changing the price in case the price set for the PlayBook version somehow wasn't "inherited" when I subsequently added the BB7 version, but it didn't fix it.

Any help appreciated!

Has something changed that might have fixed it?  If so I'll try to contact the customer again and see if they're interested in checking.

Hi,

 

I am trying to buy some of my apps to check them on the my BB10 Dev Aplha B device but I keep getting "Invalid Price" error on App World. Tried to open a ticket at the above URL but I did not get any email or number for confirmation and when I try to check the Issue Tracker on https://www.blackberry.com/jira/secure/Dashboard.jspa the page never finish to load, neither IE or Chrome. I am afraid regular users are getting that error when trying to download my apps.

I updated the device following helpdesk instructions here https://developer.blackberry.com/blackberry10devalpha/devalpha_update.html and the problem is gone
