Issue Tracker : does it work for you?

The Issue Tracker does not work for me, I'm unable to open this page:

Works for me. But I was already logged in on the Developer Site, so maybe that made a difference.
Try logging on http://developer.blackberry.com and then go to that site, maybe it works then.


A like is always appreciated,

I'm logged in, but it doesn't work. The page is empty. I tried on different browsers.

Try to log out of your Jam account before loading the page again. Clearing your cache might help.

It didn't help. The page is blank, it only displays its title (System Dashboard) and reloads itself forever...

 

So where do I report this issue?? (and others)

Log out of BBID as well by going to blackberry.com/bbid and login in and out.

 

This happens because your session times out, but JIRA doesn't know how to re-authenticate you. SSO is a mess, but it has gotten better.

I've logged out and cleared the cache, now I am redirected to "Sign In to BlackBerry ID", and when I sign in: same problem Smiley Sad

Please do something...

Weird. I have tried all sorts of ways to make it "not work". But it keeps working as expected.

Have you tried another browser yet? Maybe it is something in your browser that makes it break. For example, I don't think that some Internet Explorer versions can handle that site. I tried in Google Chrome, and it always works.

I've tried in Firefox, Chromium, Konqueror, Epiphany...

Maybe it doesn't like my ID :-/

That is extremely weird. Maybe your ID is disabled? Are you able to use the ID on other sites (e.g. developer.blackberry.com)? Does the site give any errors when you look at the Console (F12 in Google Chrome/Chromium iirc).
