Well, if it's not already clear, I can't answer for RIM in making it clearer.

Doesn't it say directly that you can get it on Sprint?

Not trying to be obtuse here, but I thought the article was pretty clear. Maybe you can explain what makes you uncertain about it.

sure what makes me uncertain is why sprint would get a LE phone when they supposely wont have the z10 at all

I don't think that's been said anywhere officially. Best to ignore unfounded rumours...

not really a rumor. On sprint officall BB10 page they annouce they will carry the q10 but no mention at all of the z10 and people have started many petitions about it and many news sites are aruging on this and sprint as said nothing

"sprint has said nothing" <-- that's my point.

For now, if even Sprint isn't officially saying they won't carry it, I'd suggest you treat it purely as a rumour without substance. Just my opinion of course... but I think if they were not going to carry it, they'd just say so.

i think many  of those petitions are to bring it here ealier for release date.

No the petitions are to bring it to sprint as they all clearly say, and also many people have called sprint asking about the z10 and people are getting the response that it isnt avalible
