Mass problem with App World and no help from RIM!!!

Dear RIM and App World support,

 

we've contacted App World support twice and still don't have any help with our mass problem.

 

The problem is:

 

Currently have a big problem with App World client. Our customers can't upgrade to the latest version of Photo Studio. Every time when try to upgrade to the latest version they have this message:

"There is an issue with BlackBerry App World. BlackBerry App World must now close".

We use the same version in out site and don't have any issues with it.

Also we've checked build for OS7 and all is OK with this build. Error occur only with build for OS5-OS6. Could you help us ASAP to resolve this issue and allow all our customer to upgrade to the latest version?
We don't have any ideas what's wrong with build. We need technical support for this problem.
Could anybody contact us to help with this problem???

Try uploading a new release? Maybe the cods got corrupted on their end?

Thanks for your suggestion. We just updated the release to v.0.9.8.16 (+1) and still have such problems.

We've found a solution,

 

If our file is started with bbm, for example bbmbridge_interface.cod, we have problems with downloading,

I've changed it to psbridge_interface.cod and all is OK now.
