Network Error when trying to download a draft on a Z10

Hi.

 

I am having a problem to download a Draft from BlackBerry World.

 

The thing is I have created a Web Launcher for my application with Webworks and sandboxed within the Vendor portal in a draft state so I can donwload it on the Z10 and test it before publishing. When I got to BB World in Developer mode and introduce the SKU/ID of the draft, found it but when I click on Download an error appears saying "Network Error" and "A network error occurred while processing your request. Please ensure you have sufficient coverage and try again".

 

This is the second Draft for the same app I sandbox. The first one was ok when I uploaded and I could downloaded and tested it with no issues. But with this one I getting this error.

 

Any ideas?

How long did you wait after uploading before you tried it? The first time, at least, it can be several hours before it's available.

I waited several hours until the ID could be found from the device, I know it takes time. This was yesterday afternoon. Last night it became available but when I tried to download it the Network error comes up, and still is happening after more than 24 hours.

 

I have tried from several devices, from different sandbox accounts, from different Wifi networks (work and home) and nothing, always the same outcome.

just saw this thread, I am having the same issue. I am still having this issue and its been nearly 24hrs for me.

Encountering the same issue here, too. Nothing to add unfortunately as you described it exactly and we've not been able to get it to work again.

I have created a brand new product containing just 1 Draft release and 1 bundle with the bar file to see if it made a difference as I was told by Blackberry Support it could be an issue of having several Drafts releases, but it didn't work either!

 

I have been told, just when writting those lines a ticket has been raised with the problem as it seems Blackberry guys have got what is the cause of the issue (they haven't said it to me...). I'll let you know guys when this is sorted.
