Not understanding payments - please help

Hi All,

 

Can someone clarify what the purchases report shows in the vendor portal?  According to the report (1st Sept - 30th Sept) I should have been paid a lot more than I actually received from Digital River.

 

Does this report only contain App World sales or does it also include carrier sales as well?

I have seen that but it does not explain what the figures are in the report. Do they include just app world purchases or carrier ones as well?

Reports include all sales for the given period including PayPal/CreditCard purchases (handled by DigitalRiver) and carrier billing (handled by Bango)

Thanks QS, there doesnt seem to be a way of telling if they used Paypal/CC or Carrier though.

Hi theappspod,

 

That's correct - today the Vendor Portal reports will not show the 'Purchase Type'.  We are looking to have this valuable data added to the reports so that the Bango and Digital River reports can be better understood.
