I apologize if someone has covered this already, but I was unable to find an answer in the forums.
On April 6th, I received an email stating:
Research In Motion is pleased to inform you that release '1.0.2' of your product '***' has been approved.
and another stating:
Research In Motion is pleased to inform you that your product '***' is approved and ready to be provisioned for BlackBerry App World. We encourage you to login to BlackBerry App World and click the 'Post for sale' link for the approved product... etc
Unfortunately, I can not post my app for sale, as the Product Status is still showing "Pending Review +". When I view my releases, however, the release (1.0.2) is marked as "Approved".
I have also not received my shipping email for the free PlayBook (it's been three weeks now).
I have read through MSohm's post (here: http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Tablet-OS-S
As per his post, I believe that these emails indicate completion of "3b) If the application is accepted, you are notified of the acceptance via email.", so I believe I should have received a shipping email within five business days of these emails.
So in summary, I have two questions:
1. Why is my product still "Pending Review"?
2. Why haven't I received my shipping email?
If anyone could shed some light here, it would be greatly appreciated. I contacted support and all they could tell me was that my application is still "Pending Review".

What is your application name? More than likely the there are no Approved Releases which will prevent you from posting the application for sale.
I cannot comment on the Free PlayBook offer until I look into the application status itself.

I actually just received an email from BlackBerry this morning telling me that my app what I need to change.

Good evening. I am just trying to touchbase with you hoping to get a pointer to have the 'UGS section' enabled in order to edit it, in my 'Manage Products' section of the Vendor Portal.
I have one of my PlayBook apps approved and later was updated with a denial and to have the 'UGS Section' updated. I am currently trying to access that particular release and edit the content, but in vain (the check box is disabled to let me further move and update the content). Could you please let me know a way to handle this or any documentation that I can look into. Any help is very much appreciated.

I infact went ahead and filled out another release with the needed details, and the app has been approved with 'post for sale' and I have it (app: MEETnBUY) posted to the App world now!. Jubiliant and excited.
A quick note to ask, though I am imagining and hoping that there should be a followup mail, how should I be coordinating with the PlayBook offer?, since my submission falls under the original offer period with receiving the submission confirmation and offer related mails in March.
