Port a thon and Milestone Integrated...Legit?

I received an email from Milestone Integrated thanking me for participating in the port a thon. It says they want to send me something, all I have to do is provide confimation of my paypal email.

 

Trouble is, I didn't actually take part in a port  a thon. I have an app for PB that I also released on OS10 late Dec.

 

Maybe it counts if I just happened to hit the right release timing, or maybe someone is phishing.

 

Is this legit?

Milestone is one of the fulfillment companies RIM uses for sending out free devices and cheques for the portathons. (Also there's a Touchstone and maybe one other... don't recall specifics.)

If you check the mail headers and it really arrived from their server, you should have no problem treating it as legitimate. Or just make sure your reply is really going to their domain and you should be okay too.
