Portal Confused?

Okay, So My app's still say waiting for review, but when I went to change the support ticket it says

Now, I have not heard anything back from blackberry since I submitted them on the 16th. Whats going on?

Give it time. The reviewers have a lot of apps to review.

sometimes it takes 2 weeks.  with the recent free PB it might be even longer.
