I was wondering if anyone could offer any tips as I am currently unable download any updates and it's getting quite annoying now and I can't work out what I am doing wrong!
Basically Appworld disappeared from my downloads folder so I re-installed it and it was the new updated version. When I went to update an app, it asked me to create a Blackberry ID, so I went through the steps to do that, however I keep getting to the same point and failing and now have 4 updates waiting to be installed.
Here is what I am doing:
> Open Appworld
> Scroll along to 'My World'
> Blackberry ID log in page (enter details)
> Blackberry App World Membership Addendum appears, scroll down and accept
> Account Information page
> Press Menu button, go to Save
> Asked 'would you like to migrate your previous Blackberry App World purchases?' (if I select No, it just goes back to the Account Info page and won't let me save)
> Click yes and taken to the Paypal log in page, enter details and click agree
> Message saying 'Your Paypal account could not be verified. Would you like to try again or set up another payment method?'
> 'Try paypal again' gives the same message over and over, 'other payment method' does nothing and 'set payment later' just takes me back to Account Info which won't let me leave & save without migrating my previous purchases!!
It's driving me mad, please can anyone offer any help?

This might be due to different Blackberry login Id and Paypal Id. Try using the same Id with which you were previously registered with paypal and blackberry and see if it helps.

I'm having the exact same problem and i'm using the same user names, except that my paypal user name is an email address and app world won't let me have an @ in my user name.

I am having the same issues and it is really annoying when you can't update. When I finally manage to get in, it takes me straight to the profile page where you update your info. I click save and it stays on the same page, it won't to anyplace else.
Even when I visit the mobile blackberry page and try to visit any of the links, I get directed to the Agreement of Terms page, I agree and it stays on the same page. Been doing this for months so I don't seem to be able to do too much with anything BlackBerry has to offer. Sad because I love my BB but if I can't get apps, I might as well go to iPhone.

Thanks for replies,glad to see I'm not the only one having these problems. Maybe someone will come along with a solution. I did message the BlackberryHelp account on Twitter but all they could suggest was that I tried to set up an ID online, which I tried but there is no way to connect to Paypal from there anyway and they are not replying to me now!

My problem is similar - I used to just go on appworld and download free apps etc, but then after my update, when i go to download an app it comes up with the whole blackberry ID stuff. Ive went through the process about 5 or 6 times but it just keeps taking me to my ID settings, when i save the setting it just takes me back to some other bumf about the appworld policy etc.
It is really getting on my nevers to the extent that I might just go get a different phone.
Someone please help. My friend has exactly the same issue.

I also get this problem evertime I try to sign in and then it locks me out for 2 hours!?!?!?
Also, all of my uninstalled apps are GONE... where are they??? No one replies any where to this. Before this update they were always there... no poof they are gone. I want them or my $$ back. I would really love a response from anyone that has any knowledge of this update and how I get my apps back.

IM GLAD IM NOT THE ONLY PERSON HAVING THIS PROBLEM, I NEED SOME ANSWERS B/C IM TWO SECONDS FROM SWITHING TO AN IPHONE. I LOVE MY BLACKBERRY AND IM REALLY NOT TRYING TO GET RID OF. NEED HELP.
