I've got one question about BlackBerry 10 Community and Android Port-A-Thons, both scheduled for January. Because BlackBerry Wolrd server gets clogged during the submission period and connection is very slow and there are few steps during creation of new product that are slow even if very fast internet connection is used, getting qualified for Dev Alpha is almost impossible. Is it allowed to submit apps in draft mode before the official beggining of the porthaton and submittin release for review during the porthaton? And also, which timestamp is recorded, the one when new product is created or when release(.bar package) is uploaded and submitted for review ?
Thanks.

I would like to know the answer as well, It would be easier if we could submit drafts then upload the BAR files on the day.

not really sure with the one who answered that. another RIM staff answered also it's about the submit for review button not about the bar files
