Okay so in the last few days - I have been checking my emails - nothing regarding rejections/approvals.
I only just noticed in the Vendor Portal some are saying
Pending Review2 Open CR(s)
and others are saying
Pending Review 1 Open CR(s)
The later (1 Open CR(s)) is showing that 1 of the Reviews has been completed with approval. but it has left the other one open, so it can't go for sale yet. and there hasn't been any email notification about the status change.
What gives? is this half approved? or fully approved, just pending on a review to hit the release button? or have I be subject to a broken process?
If you click on Edit for that product, then on the Tickets tab, you might see something to help.
I suspect the two Change Requests are separate ones for the content (metadata, e.g. description) and for the release (filebundle, for testing). Mine that show 2 CRs list "Ticket Type: Content Approval Request, Release Approval Request"
I had one that showed only 1 CR for awhile, after having two. I think that was when they started testing it. My assumption is at the time, they approved the content (metadata) update as they started testing. Then it was rejected until I responded on an issue, and then the second CR showed as closed as well.
As for Twitter support, my guess is anyone expecting fast responses from the over the next few days is delusional. ;-) There's something happening Wednesday which may be taking up a bit of their time between now and then...
It looks like (since this was a 1st re-submit), there was 2 tickets open originally - 1 being Application Approval (did the app pass review), the other being Release to AppStore - (is this release ready for sale?)

The new Ticket that was created for the fixed version was approved, but the original (2nd ticket) for app store release hasn't been yet..
When you add a new product (app/game) you will have two Change Requests (CR) open untill the app is approved.
If you submit new release to an existing product you will have 1 CR.
If you change descriptions/grpahics etc you will have 1 CR.
Btw it seems that lately mails about product/release approval are not coming.

Patience please BB World team is working hard, and approvals are in progress atm. And yep, product approval emails are not coming(but product is still approved and for sale).
I have similar problems. My app was initially approved and up for sale (with release 1.0.0). Than i fix some bug and resubmit 1.0.1. It was pending review, and again i submit new version 1.0.2 with some changes. Now, my 1.0.2 is approved, but app is not up for sale, it is stil pending review with no open CR(s)!
I would think it may be best not to submit revisions until the dust settles from the portathons. I am just quietly working on updates and holding back on submitting until everything is approved/payouts are sent -- by then, I expect the review process would be back to normal.
As for being approved, yet not for sale, do you mean you simply have to set it to be on sale? Just click that little button. Otherwise, no idea how an app can be approved yet there is no option to put it up for sale.
I cant put it on sale, status is "pending review", but no open CR(s). When app is in normal state i know hot to put it or remove from sale, but on that particular app, I can't do nothing, I wrote email to BBW support.
