Sandbox issue

I was having trouble detecting existing in-app purchases so i uploaded a draft bar with some changes and created a sandbox account. However when I try to download the draft version from BB World I get a network error. I have had this issue on my DAC and 2 Z10s on two BBIDs on two wifi and data networks.  all other apps download fine.


Please help, I have angry customers who lost their in-app purchases.
