Has anyone noticed that download numbers for your apps since midnight 27 Mar are not there (on the graph)? Same with CSV reports: no records since (I get records for 26th, but not 27th). Although sales graph shows my regular numbers. What's going on? Is it just me? Can anyone confirm?
I figured that any changes made to AppWorld are done overnight Saturday to Sunday so chances are they just did an update of their server software and screwed something up... ;-(

Reports not working -- they say "Completed" but all you get are zip files with empty csv files
Also, I find the graphs hard to believe -- they show some downloads since the main reporting went down, but nowhere near normal. Wonder if App World itself has been down since the latest upgrade?

I don't think appworld is down. Actually, my sales numbers are OK, as I said. I also tried downloading my app today and it worked. So it looks to me like it's just the reporting that is screwed up.
Hey RIM, are you aware of this problem? // hmm... I wonder how long it'll take them to notice and fix the issue...

Just checked the numbers again this morning: the numbers for 27th are back and seem OK. No numbers for 28th. So it looks like there are no more intra-day download graphs, except for sales. CSV records are still missing...

i've tried to run my reports a couple times today and I'm getting a waiting to be processed under schedule reports.... is anyone experiencing a long delay in getting their reports?

Reporting seems to be plain buggy... I never get a report generated if it says "waiting". It just goes away in a day or two. Most of the times a get a report right away, unless I request more than one in which case it goes to "waiting" and never comes back ;-) ROLF
