I have an app on the blackberry app world. some time ago when I wanted to find my application using the keyword "Zerin" or "Zerin Properties" and any search results. But now I use the same keyword but my application is not in the search results.
Can anyone explain why this happens?

true, how hard it can be this search thingy? funny it works with some apps... for instance I have a demo app and a full version... the demo will come up in searches for words in the description but not the full version...

This issue was resolved last night. App World searches now include product descriptions.

This issue is now resolved. Search results should function as they did before.

Any chance to share some details what you have changed in the search algorithm?
Search on PlayBook seems kind of ok, but search on a smartphone is a complete mess now. The default "best match" search option returns results, that mention the search word once or max twice.
It seems I will spend the next month or so guessing again how to optimize app description for search...

Searches include title, vendor name and description. Title and vendor name matches are weighted more heavily than matches in the description.
Searches are also filtered based on the user's country, carrier, device and OS.
