Signing key problem ndk 10 vs ndk 2.1

I submitted an app for OS2.1.

Now I want to submit a version for OS10.

I go to the vendor portal, and select '+' to add a new version.

When it comes time to add the file bundle, i get:

File bundle (xxx.bar) has been rejected. Package ID is required for all .bar file. If this is an upgrade, Package ID must match Package ID in original file bundle.

As far as I can tell, the key I am using is the same between the ndk for 2.1 and the ndk for 10.

When I open the bar _descriptor file and select 'configure package signing and debug tokens',

Under RIM signing authority it says 'Registered: Yes'

Under debug tokens, the same two files are listed in OS10 ndk as OS 2.1 ndk. (my first debug token expired so another was created). The Device PIN is the id for my playbook (running OS 2.1).

What am I missing?

Never mind.

'I was focused on signing keys, but it was simply the text entry 'Package id' was different between the two builds.
