Spam from Unibera Software Solutions

I am receiving spam frequently to my Messages folder advertising Unibera Software Services apps. They are not emails or texts, etc. They are bolded and I cannot see who is sending them, but since the ads are all for apps from this vendor, I assume they are the spammers. I delete them all, but upon restart, they all show back up in my Messages. I'd like to know how to stop them from coming back and how to report Unibera to Blackberry.

Re: Spam from Unibera Software Solutions

they are pushed messages from another app you have installed from that developer.

The way to stop these is to UNinstall that other free app.

Re: Spam from Unibera Software Solutions

The app itselft counld automatically place spam email in your inbox. so doesn't matter if you delete the msgs or others the current app might continue to spam you.   To really solve the problem you might have to delete that app.

I thought BB testing is suppose to catch these types of apps.

Re: Spam from Unibera Software Solutions

Is there a prohibition against sending messages to your customers advising of other apps and updates?

If message injection starts in a week after app install BB testing can't catch it. And speaking of my own experience with such apps they all use this approach.
