Could you provide more detailed instructions please? I log in to Vendor Portal but there is nowhere that I can find the new list of IP addresses...

To be on the safe side, you should accept requests from the whole RIM network... This way it won't break the next time they change it.

 

Take one of the IP addresses you know and do a whois at ARIN (American Registry for Internet Numbers). This is not a regular whois. It will also return information about networks. 

See: https://www.arin.net/

 

Then search for: 208.65.78.13 to get... below...

 

This means they own all the addresses in the range indicated. So you should allow any address from there.

Thanks for tips on where to find the IP addresses. I was clicking everywhere inside the developer portal trying to find them - and they were right there at the opening page!

RLord321: Yes... But next time they change them you will be broken again. If you allow the whole network, you will have nothing to worry about. Just looking ahead.

Either the current IP address range used is no longer at the front of the App World vendor portal, or I'm just not seeing what's right in front of me.  In either case, I'd be very grateful for an explicit pointer to their current location.  When I log into the vendor portal, on the left I see a bunch of links "Vendor Portal", "Manage Products", "Download Reports", "Manage Account Details", "Manage User Accounts", "Sandbox", "Change Request Tickets", "Logout", "Help" (the last of which, alas, does not have this information).  On the main part of the page, there are four areas corresponding to the first four links after the first on the left, below which there's a scrollable area apparently for current news, which is currently about SDK 7, AT&T distribution, App World logo, and game distribution in South Korea. The "Questions" link also seems not to have the IP address range.
