My company is looking to use Blackberry with some sensors that we would like to attach via the USB port. We can write the code and drives as well as make the sensors, so that is not a issue for us. I have not found any of the sensors we would like to use on the internet as of yet that would be BB friendly.
The question is has this been done in the before? Are there any example code sets of using the USB port as device host verse just a power and sync port?
The second question is about the accelerometer. Is the Storm the only BB with the accelerometer? Does the Bold or Curve have one, but just not advertised?
Also, if you company makes sensors that can do as above, please let me know.
