the problem persist. In the verify blackberry id screen i have a error.  the screen have this  message:  unable to loggin to your blackberry id account. i follow your instruccions but it didnt work

1. Options > Device > Applications, scroll to BlackBerry AppWorld and delete it.
2. Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
3. Now, using your BlackBerry browser, go to www.blackberry.com/appworld and download AppWorld again. It will update your BlackBerryID as well.
4. Login.

Robert, go to options > advanced > applications and delete your BlackBerryID module. In the same list delete AppWorld.
Reboot.
Now reinstall both.

Blackberry ID not is in my application list to delete. Appear appwords and i was deleted and install but the problem persist. I cant find blackberry ID application to delete it and install it.

Do you see it at options > BlackBerryID, or at options > device > BlackBerryID?

Have you tried to sign in using your BB account or the email address associated with that BB account? Good Luck!
