Re: Unfair and Unhealthy Competition from a Developer Called nextGen

Calling the office would make the most sense.

And I would think forging a document to appear as a legal summons has to be against some law on his part. You could make it known to the law office, or whatever legal authorities that handles such things, that someone is sending fake legal documents in their name. That is assuming it is all fake, which by the looks of things, seems that way.

Re: Unfair and Unhealthy Competition from a Developer Called nextGen

I checked BlackBerry World, his avatar app is showing up as free. So what damages could he possibly be suing over?

scrid2000, it has items for sale in the app.

It seems his account has been suspended for now.

There seems to be too many things wrong with that legal document and his interpetation of it.

EDIT: It seems you need to register to have access to court documents

http://www.pacer.gov/

I couldn't find a free DB browser for LA.

Re: Unfair and Unhealthy Competition from a Developer Called nextGen

@interfaSys How did you figure that his account has been suspended? Since I can still view his app and everything.

I tried to search via pacer.gov but it asks to register, I have emailed the court instead.

You're right, it's just that app which seems to have problems when trying to access it via the browser.

Re: Unfair and Unhealthy Competition from a Developer Called nextGen

Nope, I did a search on Nextgen to see which other apps this clown has released and when I click on this particular app, I get an internal server error.
