Hello everyone. I've had a couple of users report that my updated app reports error 8000 on first launch and immediately closes. I suggested they delete the app, then reinstall from My World but it's not in their list of Deleted programs. Not sure what to do here? The users have been long time users and I know they have purchased the app.
