Informative post, but it still leaves a lot to be desired. The big issue is reconsiliation. As a vendor, how can we easily match up sale from within BlackBerry World to the different payment methods?

I get a monthly email from BlackBerry Commerce for their section of the payment, along with Digital River, but not very often do I receive emails from Bango.

There really needs to be a better way to track financial information, either through the vendor portal, or some sort of report that shows payment breakdown across all payment systems.

The problem with BB World payments tracking is that when we are generating a purchase report via BB World Vendor Portal, then we get some results. Next, we are receiving the purchase reports from BB Commerce and DR. Based on those reports we are able to calculate the number of purchases transferred via Bango.

Well dude, what's the problem then? - someone can say. But there is a problem - I have checked a few times the number of purchases via Bango - and based on the above calculations/assumptions I always get different results...

I would like to ask BB if it is possible to add info regarding the purchase service (BBC, DR, Bango) in the purchases reports generated via Vendor portal.

In my opinion the problem is the confusion with all three companies. When arrive the report of one, arrive the report of the other. Only one company is the best solution
