Vendor Portal account locked. How to unlock? Been locked for over 24 hours.

My vendor portal has been locked for over 24 hours now for trying to enter a password too many times that were wrong. I remembered the right one and now it says my account is locked. I can't get it to unlock and the reset password emails state the reset key is invalid. Exact error is: 'ERROR! Invalid Reset Key"

 

Please help! I need to login to submit my app.

There's an extension on the offer, till Mar 2 or so, so don't worry.

I used that form on sunday around 3pm and haven't heard back from them. How long does it normally take?

Sorry for all the questions but have you used that form before? When I was googling trying to find a solution or contact form, several users stated they used that and never got a response. I was just wondering what my chances are of getting a resolution to this.

Between most people's impatience, and their propensity to misuse such forms or not describe their problem adequately in the details, I would not be surprised to find many reports of "I never got a response!" on the web.

I've used it, got a response in due time, and know of others who have as well. This was a year ago... for all I know, the data you post now goes to the bit bucket...
