Vendor Registration without PayPal account?

I haven't PayPal account. Can I register in Vendor Portal for BlackBerry AppWorld? I want to do only application for Free PlayBook...

It's free to start a PayPal account.  If you're are selling apps, you will need the PayPal account.

Hi guys, What if we aren't selling apps, but offering free? Is there some kind of bypass method?

No. It doesn't matter if you are developing free or paid apps. You need paypal account to create vendor account.
