Vendor account disabled

I tried to change the password of my vendor account and its associated gmail and paypal account..Then i got a message that a mail will be sent with in 24hours about vendor password reset link.but i did not get any mail from the appworld.I am waiting since one week.Ofcourse paypal and gmail password were successfully changed.But after that when i am going to login to my vendor,it is saying that accont is disabled.I need help regarding this issue.How can i login to my vendor again?.Please kindly guide me to resolve the problem!

Firstly make sure you've checked in your spam folder.

 

If it's not there then contact appworldvendorsupport@blackberry.com.

I have checked in spam folder but no mail was received.
