Vendor account status is disabled!

Hey,

I registed back in March 2011 when RIM first had the promotion for a playbook and was fully certified back then. I have just recently put the finishing touches on my app and went to submit it. I noticed that my account has been disabled which is.. for lack of words frustrating since last offer it only got approved the day affter the promotion ended which meant I missed out on the playbook last year. I am looking for some insight on to why it might be disabled and if there is a way to get it active again in time to submit my app.

Sounds like you need to use the vendor portal support form: https://www.blackberry.com/profile/?eventId=8109

Thanks, will try that. I strongly believe there is a conspiracy to keep me from getting a free playbook

I think you're probably right. I was in Starbucks in Waterloo the other day and I overheard a couple of RIM employees saying "and make sure that Ombra guy ---" but they stopped when they saw me walk in.
