By now, I have been waiting four weeks for Vendor account approval by Blackberry App World. I only get this message: vendor account status is disabled. I have sent several messages to App World: no replies, no emails... nothing. I am trying to send a free app to the market. When can I expect to get through all this process? Any plan to improve this process for developers? Any advice?

You are receiving this error because your vendor account is still pending. Please contact support here: https://www.blackberry.com/profile/?eventId=8109 and we will email you the "request for documentation" email again. We require vendors to submit documentation before we can approve accounts.

If they got an email they are approved they should not be getting the 'Disabled' message if they are using the correct email address as a username.
Can you send me the email address they are using and the name of the Vendor account?
